The color of the plum can be: purple, green, red, and more. Its taste is sweet or sour. It can be eaten fresh, dried or cooked, as an addition to salads or as a fruit drink. The plums can be also eaten in cakes, puddings, pies, jams and desserts. Plums have a lot of vitamin C in them and can also be used as a home remedies.
Take a glass, put 2 plums in and pour boiling water on. Wait for 4-5 hours, then take the plums out and drink the water. The best time to drink it is on an empty stomach in the morning so you can leave the plums in the water all night. If you want you can also eat the plums.
Eat a lot of plums, fresh, dried or as a jam.
Beet Home Remedies for Constipation:
Beet is a plant that contains vitamin B and many more supplements. There are 2 parts of the beet that can be eaten, its leaves and the root. The beet can be eaten, cooked, grilled, fresh in salads, and more. Its is very healthy and can be used as a home remedy.
Cooked red beet in boiling water, wait untill soft and eat.
